Written in Welsh in the 11th century, "The Mabinogi" is the oldest prose work - including the female figure Rhiannon - in english "Great Queen".
Nose: spicy-sweet with a hint of vanilla, tannins and red berries - then black currants, hazelnuts, pears, sultanas and sweet marzipan
Taste: soft and velvety with notes of creamy vanilla, figs, red berries - chocolate and some coffee behind it
