For 12 years, this single malt whisky matured in first-fill ex bourbon Casks.
Nose: clearly the influence of the exBourbon barrels, intense vanilla aromas, with a gentle sweetness, some cereals and coconut - in the background spicy aromas of cinnamon
Taste: now even more vanilla and cereals, fresh coconut milk and freshly baked marble cake - then more and more intense woody notes
Finish: long, soft finish - elegantly balanced with a soft sweetness
