Nose: clearly the sherry keg! dark ripe cherries, plums and raisins, with blackcurrants, brown cane sugar and freshly ground coffee - some spices in the background Taste: again the dark fruits, dried figs and dates - then develop notes of dark chocolate and chocolate-covered gingerbread - then again spicy with notes of cardamom, cinnamon and oak wood Finish: long, sweet finish with lots of fruit and notes of roasted oak and freshly baked bread
