The neutral alcohol is distilled from wheat from regional farms, the Hauptbotanicals are the needles of noble fir and bladderwrack, a brown algae.
Both are collected by hand in the immediate vicinity of the distillery.
This is how Hills & Habour Gin presents itself with a mix of maritime and green notes, an aromatic reflection of its region of origin. He is fresh, sparkling and balanced.
