The world-famous Blended Scotch Chivas Regal has been known since the early 20th century.
The company Chivas Brothers exists since 1801 and started as a grocer in Aberdeen. Exclusive food, coffee and spices were sold here.
Almost 50 years later, they started producing blended whiskey.
Aroma: creamy and aromatic with lots of vanilla and lemon purée, with traces of anise and toffee - in the background banana chips and redcurrant
Taste: the banana chips become clearer, then creamy barley malt with a spicy note allspice, ground walnuts and caramel
Finish: slightly spicy with black pepper - gentle, sweet cereal notes
