Bottled in a classy 0.7l bottle, along with a 50ml miniature, the bottling is presented in an exceptional wooden box milled from a solid oak block.
Smell: distinct aromas of fine pastry, with vanilla, orange peel and bitter almond, followed by caramel, toffee, cinnamon and creme brulee, dried apricot and honey - above all fine smoke aromas and moist oak wood
Taste: creamy and soft with warming-sweet notes - clearly again vanilla, caramel and honey, followed again by soft smoke and spicy oak
Limited edition with individual numbering
Edition: 2,000 bottles in the oak block
Finish: very long finish - the flavors are all present again

Toller Whisky in einer sehr edlen Verpackung
(massiver Eichenblock)die einen 5cl Sample beinhaltet.
Der Preis ist allerdings für einen deutschen Whisky mit 12Jahren
mit ca. 200€ sehr moderat.
Geschmacklich sehr gut, aber bei diesem Preis werden wohl viele Flaschen bei den Sammlern verschlossen bleiben.
Von der 2005er Auflage gibt es ca. 6000 Flaschen, jedoch gibt es nur 2000 mit einem Eichenblock.
Für Sammler ein muss, für Genieser reicht die Premiumversion(ohne Sample)
Wohl bekommt‘s.
