Only nine botanicals are used for this gin, in pure wheat brandy macerated juniper berries, coriander and angelica root for 24 hours.
Aroma: fresh citrus flavors, especially grapefruit and earthy coriander, with sweet juniper berries - followed by ground, black pepper and lavender
Taste: pure with clear notes of pine and juniper, then grapefruit and coriander - plus the pepper and dry notes of angelica root and eucalyptus - lime and lavender in the background
Finish: in the finish beautifully balanced with notes of juniper, lemon and cardamom
