Koval's bourbon is a special feature - the corn content is at the required minimum of 51%, the rest of 49% is filled with the unusual for Whiskey and bourbon grain millet.
The millet and corn used are gluten-free and from organic farmers in the Chicago area.
Nose: distinctly fresh vanilla and tropical fruits - reminiscent of vanilla pudding
Taste: sweet and warm with hints of fresh fruit and orange - followed by caramel and milk chocolate
Finish: drier on the finish than expected with some charcoal and dried apricots
