Glen Moray has produced a crisp-young single malt here - malty, with a pleasant sweetness and spiciness!
The scent of buttered sweets and lime grass shine in this light single malt whiskey, which received an additional maturation in former port wine barrels.
Nose: roasted vanilla, some oak and clearly dried fruits and leather, with some dark chocolate and blackberries
Taste: refreshing spiciness with citrus-lime flavor, with a caramelizing sweetness and a hint of cinnamon
Finish: long and soft on the finish with delicate oak and honey sweetness, then again the spicy notes and the dark chocolate

Sehr leckerer und süffiger Malt. Nicht sehr komplex, aber dafür mit einer schönen süßen Note. Sehr gelungenes Finish.

Durch die Nachreifung in Portweinfässern hat er ein sehr gutes Aroma erhalten. Besonders gut gefällt mir der weiche, elegante Abgang mit deutlicher Eichennote. Leider mit Farbstoff, deswegen nur 4 Punkte.
