Edradour completed this 15-year-old single malt to support the eponymous Scottish movie The Fairy Flag.
Filmed on the Isle of Skye, at Dunvegan Castle, the film does not quite tell the story of clan MacLeod and its flag - the Fairy Flag!
The whiskey matured for eight years in former bourbon barrels and another seven years in fresh exOloroso sherry casks
Aroma: distinctly dark, ripe fruits and sweet sherry
Taste: the fruits remain, with dark chocolate, a little nut and oak
Finish: long and warm finish with a distinct sherry note
