This exclusive gin is made in small quantities in Scotland’s Speyside at the Balmenach distillery. It uses 11 selected botanicals: six classic gin ingredients such as juniper berries, cinnamon bark, coriander and angelica root and five herbs from the Scottish Highlands, including caorunn (Gaelic for rowan berry – pronounced “ka-roon”).
