Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

Profile: What Makes Gansloser Black Gin Special
A gin from Germany from the exclusive Gansloser distillery in Bad Ditzenbach, which has existed since 1905. The edition is strictly limited: once a vintage is sold out, there is only a year’s wait for the next bottling. Made with fresh juniper berries, lemon zest, orange zest, ginger root, coriander, bay leaf and 68 further herbs, this gin is absolutely unique.
The concept: the Black Gin is distilled only three times a year. In April the classic Black Gin is released, in August the Black Gin Distillers Cut at 60% ABV and in September the Black Gin Edition 1905. The base is a spirit made from ground wheat that is dissolved in pure water and mixed with barley malt before being distilled to the base alcohol.
The result is a gin with fresh, elegant juniper aroma and many facets – full of finesse, with orangey-fragrant and spicy notes.
