The malt produced here is wonderfully soft, the malt flavor displaces the Torfton without losing strength or even too sweet.
The Port Wood was initially stored in American White Oak Bourbon barrels, then in Portuguese port pipe barrels, 30 years old.
The second storage gives this malt in addition to the honey tones also warm, fruity notes and a long finish.
Aroma: fruity aromas of white peach with light hints of mild smoke
Taste: very delicate and mouth-filling - red, ripe fruits and juicy raisins, light grapes and a lot of mild honey
Departure: long and surprisingly dry on the finish with notes of strong cocoa
