Knob Creek is a very compelling bourbon, multiple award winning and, like Basil Hayden's, since 1992 on the market.

Nose: spicy-sweet with aromas of toasted bread and warm butter - in the background a little caramel
Taste: full body with an elegant, peppery note, again the caramel - in addition nutty and spicy notes - dark chocolate
Finish: long, dry finish - again the nuts and the sweet spice
