The Savanna 7 Year Old - Cognac Cask #615 was distilled from freshly pressed sugarcane juice – entirely in the style of a true Rhum Agricole. It is distilled on a Savalle Column Still, which alone almost sounds like turning the pages of an old novel about French colonies. The rum was then allowed to mature for seven years in a French oak cognac cask – essentially French elegance under a tropical sun.
