Strong in the cask, strong in taste: The Cask Strength Collection from Signatory Vintage will launch impressive bottlings in summer 2025. Three high-quality decanters expand the independent bottler's premium range - with powerful cask strength, authentic single malt, and fairly calculated prices.
Typical for the renowned series, the Glendullan 2009/2025 was neither diluted, colored, nor chill-filtered. After 15 years of maturation, the Speysider, which is rarely bottled as a single malt, received a finish in a first-ever Oloroso Sherry Hogshead. The Andalusian cask produced only 338 bottles - each of them a powerful expression with character.
Those who can get hold of one of the rare bottlings can look forward to a tasting with ripe apple fruit, nutty pastries, and spicy oak - a typical, yet distinctive representative of the Signatory style.

- Nose: the opening is Fruity and powerful - freshly sliced green apples meet ripe, darker fruit aromas from the sherry cask - accompanied by aromas of roasted nuts, buttery nut wedges and fine pastries - in the background a spicy oak touch with hints of dry wood and subtle Sherry sweetness
- Palate: full-bodied and intense with clear cask strength power - the Speysider brings a beautiful balance of fresh apple fruit, dark dried fruit, and warming oak spice - the nuttiness deepens on the palate, accompanied by malt, spice notes, and a hint of dark chocolate
- Finish: long-lasting, dry-spicy, and balanced - roasted nuts and oak linger, complemented by a subtle fruit note and fine traces of sherry and baking spices
