In addition to the well-being of the planet, Nc'nean is pursuing another path: innovative taste experiences. Inspired by its namesake, the Gaelic goddess Neachneohain, known as a huntress, Scotland's leading organic distillery is pursuing extraordinary flavors in the limited-edition Huntress series.

To achieve this, Nc'nean likes to experiment with fermentation, among other things—as demonstrated by the bottling of Huntress 2025: Lemon Meadow. The test object: yeast from French sparkling wine production.Matured in a combination of STR Red Wine Casks, Bourbon Casks, and Oloroso Sherry Casks, the result is a creamy, delicious, and slightly floral whisky with aromas of lemon sorbet, fresh chamomile, and butter biscuits.

• Palate: creamy, soft, and harmonious on the palate - the lemony freshness remains present, but is complemented by gentle vanilla and cereal notes - a fine herbal note adds additional depth without disturbing the lightness of the profile
