The production of whisky is part of a centuries-old tradition. Craft distilleries like Bimber build on the knowledge of the past to create the whiskey of the future. For example, with regional single-farm barley, barley malt from traditional malting floors or washbacks from our own cooperage. The ingle Casks of the Germany Edition 2024 are dedicated to three historical greats, whose achievements continue to shape life and consciousness to this day.
 
Actress Marlene Dietrich was the model for the Bimber Oloroso Cask #442. The complexity of their legendary performances is reflected in the whisky with a wealth of aromas of ripe, sweet fruits such as plums, cherries and figs, a touch of spice and earthy undertones.
