The 100 Proof Edition has been closing a gap in the Signatory range since the beginning of 2024. The single malts in the series are bottled with 57.1%vol., the minimum content above which gunpowder soaked in alcohol can be ignited. High percentages meet low prices.
In the summer of 2024, Signatory will present three new bottlings in the series - all in Casks pre-filled with Oloroso Sherry. The single malts from Speyside fit perfectly into the season.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Glenrothes 2014 100 Proof Edition #20 Signatory Vintage tastes like
- Nose: strong aromas of toffee and preserved fruits, followed by sherry, ripe forest fruits, some cinnamon and chocolate
- Palate: initially intense notes of raspberries and blackberries, again the cinnamon tones - above all spicy oak wood
- Finish: long and soft finish with hints of creamy milk chocolate and oranges
