The 100 Proof Edition has been closing a gap in the Signatory range since the beginning of 2024. 57.1%vol. or 100 proof the minimum level at which gunpowder soaked in alcohol can be ignited. Signatory Vintage has been dedicating its own series to the historical unit since the beginning of 2024, in which high-proof quality whisky meets low prices.
Heather, honey and delicate peat smoke characterize the Secret Orkney 2010 100 Proof Edition #15, which is one of the finest single malts in Scotland.
For legal reasons, the name of the large distillery on the Orkney Islands cannot be mentioned.

- Nose: clearly ripe, dark cherries, candied oranges, spicy heather and some honey
