Designed exclusively for the German market, the series is based on casks that deliver unadulterated experiences with an increased drinking strength of 48.2%vol. and ensure full-bodied enjoyment - Lush fruit notes from Oloroso Sherry Casks included.

Redesigned in 2023, this is the Small Batch Edition #12. The powerful Caol Ila 10 year old 2013/2024 was distilled on Islay and enjoyed 10 years of maturation in casks pre-filled with Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Caol Ila 10 year old Small Batch Edition #12 Signatory tastes like

  • Nose: rich aromas of prunes and dates paired with strong peat smoke
  • Palate: strong notes of grilled BBQ meat, followed by the dark dried fruits again
  • Finish: Peat smoke, BBQ and dried fruits can be found in the long finish , with burnt caramel and spicy honey
