Produced at the historic Knockdhu Distillery, anCnoc 18 Year Old is an elegant Highland single malt matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon and Spanish ex-sherry casks. This dual maturation creates remarkable complexity while maintaining the distillery's signature smooth style.
The bourbon casks contribute vanilla, honey and orchard fruit, while the sherry casks add layers of dried fruits, dark chocolate, spice and rich oak. Bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration, every dram delivers authenticity and depth.
