Portrait: What makes the Longmorn 2008/2023 Gordon & MacPhail special
Once a small delicatessen, Gordon & MacPhail is now one of the international experts in the maturation of special Scotch whiskies.
The company has been family-owned for four generations and has combined its own Casks with distillates from over 100 Scottish distilleries.
For over 125 years, the independent bottler has earned one or two privileges - such as being able to use the retro labels of some of Scotland's most popular distilleries for their bottlings .
The series of Distillery Labels is also a testament to the long-standing relationships with Scotland's distilleries. The Longmorn 2008/2023 was bottled with the distillery's original logo and combines strawberries with autumnal spices.
