Andrew W. Symington went from being a “bottler” to a distiller in 2002 when he took over the Edradour Distillery.
 
Whisky in its most original form - that made “Scotland's Little Gem” a legend among Scotch fans. As one of the few distilleries in Scotland, Edradour produced its single malt exclusively in the distillery's old farm buildings until 2018. Some of them use equipment that has been around for more than 100 years and is rarely used in whiskey production anymore. This has not changed even after the completed expansion with Edradour II.
 
The Edradour 25 year old Batch No. 1 and the Edradour 30 year old are among the oldest bottlings from the favorite distillery of many connoisseurs.
