- Nose: Aromas of cherries and menthol, with red cola and date syrup - in the background Black Forest cherry cake, soft fudge and caramel
- Palate: rich and very nicely balanced with strong notes of toffee apples, leather-bound books, demerara sugar and crème brulée
- Finish: long and pleasant on the finish - reminiscent of rum-soaked raisins and fresh vanilla
