Nc'nean is a pioneer. The Quiet Rebels series is dedicated to the people who make the climate-neutral organic distillery what it is. The “quiet rebels” are 18 environmentally conscious connoisseurs with the shared mission of producing innovative and sustainable spirits. Each and every one of them personally stands behind a whiskey from the Autumn series. Created from new cask experiments or yeast tests , it reflects individual favorite characteristics.
For example, that a great whiskey leaves you wanting more should do. For a velvety, full-bodied and creamy bottling tailored to his taste, the friendly Distillery Manager Gordon created a combination of STR Red Wine, Sherry and Rivesaltes Casks.
As a result, his Nc'nean Quiet Rebels Gordon develops delicious notes of crème brûlée, plum jam with spices and candied orange peel at a slightly increased drinking strength .
