Don Papa is the new Single Island Rum from the Philippines, inspired by Papa Isio - a hero  of the revolution and shaman from the island of Negros, which is also the production site of Don Papa Rum.

On the foothills of the Mount Kanlaon volcano Don Papa Rum matures for seven years in former Bourbon and Rioja American oak wine casks that give it a depth of flavor .

After the maturation period, barrels are selected by hand and married to each other - this is how the perfect seven-year-old Don Papa Single Island Rum is created.
With aromatic citrus zest, mango and roasted hazelnuts in the bouquet , This rum inspires on the palate with a powerful fruit note, vanilla cream and dark toffee.
With a long-lasting note of dry, toasted oak in the soft finish, this rum is ideal for pure enjoyment.

• Nose: mature , freshly cut citrus fruits, plus aromas of mangoes and freshly harvested strawberries - a compote of garden fruit - above all a gentle spiciness, sweet oak and roasted hazelnuts
• Palate: full-bodied and full-bodied with notes of ripe tangerines, brown sugar and soft vanilla cream - followed by a hint of warm, spicy, fresh ginger, fresh lemon zest and dark toffee
• Finish: soft and gentle in the long finish with spicy hints of roasted oak
