Portrait: What makes the Plantation Guyana 2011 Big Peat Cask Finish special

Distilled by Demerara Distillers Limited in the pot still from molasses, the Plantation Guyana 2011 Big Peat Cask Finish first matured for two years in Guyana in former classic American bourbon Casks, then Ferrand left the Rum   in France for nine years in former Ferrand Cognac Casks and for another year in former Whisky Casks of the Blended Malt Big Peat from the independent Scottish bottler Douglas Laing .

“Big Peat” is a very smoky blended malt created from several Islay Whiskies (Ardbeg, Bowmore, Port Ellen, Caol Ila and others).

Tasting Notes: This is what the Plantation Guyana 2011 Big Peat Cask Finish tastes like
