Making whiskey in its most original form - that made Edradour a legend among Scotch fans years ago. Even after the Edradour II expansion, which was completed in 2018, the distillery works in part with equipment that has more than 100 years on the clock. And which are rarely used in whiskey production anymore.
With dark fruity and nutty tones, Oloroso Sherry Butts refine the single malt from Edradour. The Edradour 12 Year old Oloroso Sherry Butts matured exclusively in first and second fill casks from Andalusia. Bottled at cask strength and without chill filtration or colouring, it unfolds with full aroma.
