Nose: slightly fruity aromas of ripe apples and of Apple compote, plus crème brûlée and distinctly sherry
Palate: Preserved red fruit with vanilla sauce, plus chocolate, some smoke and becoming more and more spicy
Finish: long in the finish, again the spices and the chocolate - above all a light smoky note
