- Nose: Spicy oak and aromas of fresh pastries, plus rich sherry aromas, dark fruits, dates and raisins - some liquorice and fennel seed
- Palate: soft, almost creamy - again the pastry, plus caramel and floral notes - above all clearly the sweet sherry notes, dark chocolate and a light spiciness
- Finish: medium-length, warming finish with light sherry tones
