Tasting Notes: This is how the Springbank 12 Years Cask Strength tastes
- Nose: Toffee apples and Parma ham are present, along with roasted hazelnuts and marzipan
- Palate: creamy mouthfeel - soft peat smoke and ripe morello cherries, with spicy aniseed and vanilla cream
- Finish: now typical Springbank - oily, with a light vinegar note and salted caramel - above all the peat smoke
