Regional single-farm barley. Barley malt from the traditional malting floor. Washbacks from our own cooperage. Bimber's manufacturing process reads like the ideal of a whisky distillery. Although based in London, the craft distillery is not influenced by the fast pace of life in the metropolis. With attention to detail, 7-day fermentation and two direct-fired pot stills, this is where sought-after English whisky is made Bimber fans are happy to accept the whisky's limited batch sizes. The new Bimber Ex-Bourbon Batch No. 4 still includes more than ever with 7,000 bottles. And: The single malt was combined from the distillery's oldest first-fill bourbon casks. It brings pure Bimber into the glass: balanced, with depth and typical notes of light fruit, caramel, vanilla and spices.
