Vermouth Routin Rouge is made with a mixture of 24 herbs and Spices, which are macerated for several weeks in Jacquère wine, a grape variety from the Savoy region. 
Fresh Sauvignon Blanc is then added and the blend is aged in oak wine barrels for six months. 
To the desired To achieve balance, the aged vermouth is married in equal parts with unaged vermouth.
