From the more than 10,000 hogsheads, butts and co. warehouses of his Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company Ltd. four promising single casks have now been selected for the winter of 2021, with which fruit lovers as well as fans of smoky or maritime notes will get their money's worth.
This elegant Linkwood from the Scottish Speyside received a finish in two first-fill former Sherry butts.
The result is an intensely fruity, heavy whisky - bottled in January 2023.

- Nose: at the beginning sweet, ripe fruits, especially apricots and mangoes - behind them toffee and slightly spicy tones
- Palate: mouth-filling and complex - the sweet fruits again, then soft butterscotch and fudge come to the fore
- Finish: long-lasting finish with a pleasant fruitiness - light above all spicy notes
