Billy Walker once again had the opportunity to prove his great instinct for barrels. The living legend sensitively selected and combined puncheons, barriques and pipes to create a new GlenAllachie Whiskey Cuvée.
The The GlenAllachie was bottled exclusively for Germany 2012/2023 first matured in American white oak barrels. For additional depth and complexity, Billy Walker selected three other types of casks with different characters.
The sweetness of Pedro Ximénez Sherry-Puncheon is thus married the delicate, floral aromas of Moscatel Wine-Barriques and the dark fruity, nutty notes of Ruby Port Pipes. The result: A lush single malt cuvée with flavors from caramel sauce to plum jam to garden fruits.

- Nose: plenty of mocha, liquorice and sultanas, followed by muscovado sugar, honey-glazed cherries and ripe garden fruit
- Palate: Waves of heather honey, cinnamon spice and caramelized sugar lead to syrup, ginger and orange zest
