For this, the bottlings draw on the almost biblical wood treasure of Signatory Vintage.

The radiant amber tone of the Highlanders Ben Nevis 8 years 2014/2022 Archangel No. 1 illuminates the Archangel Gabriel.  

His delicious message matured for eight years in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt and a second fill port pipe.

Tasting Notes: This is what the Ben Nevis 8 year old 2014/2022 Archangel No. 1 tastes like.

• Nose: dark sherry aromas with blueberries, raspberries and chocolate then spicy oak and a hint of leather
• Palate: now clearly red berries, not so sweet - behind them raisins, sultanas and cherries - followed by notes of some cinnamon, a hint of mocha and white pepper
• Finish: medium long in the finish with tones of Black Forest cake, various herbs and a hint of unburned tobacco
