Renegade's innovative system allows the strictly separate Processing of the individual sugar cane harvests.  

A sophisticated, digital data set makes the sweet grass fully traceable.

New Bacolet - Études Renegade Single Farm Origin Pure Cane Rum

The pot still rum New Bacolet made from the very sugary Lacalome Red variety matured in first-fill US casks and premium French Oak Casks.  

At 55%vol. it unfolds lush notes of dried and fresh fruit with sugar cane and spicy oak.

Nose: a lush abundance of fresh and dried fruit, against a background of sugar cane and oak.

Palate: Amazingly deep, dried fruits like dark raisins, plums and golden sultanas combine with vibrant sugar cane and the sweet spices of French and American oak
