Springbank's tenth edition of the 25-year-old - bottled in 2023, matured 50% in refill ex-Sherry casks and 50% in refill ex-Bourbon casks.
Tasting Notes: This is how the Springbank 25 Years Bottled 2023 tastes
- Nose: sweet aromas of caramel and shortbread at the beginning, followed by dried pineapple pieces and honeydew melon
- Palate: gentle and soft - mouth-filling - clear notes of gingerbread and liquorice, tones of ground coffee and spicy oak develop
- Finish: long finish - now soft hints of peat smoke
