- Nose: sweet aromas of caramel and shortbread at the beginning, followed by dried pineapple pieces and honeydew melon
- Palate: gentle and soft - mouth-filling - clear notes of gingerbread and liquorice, tones of ground coffee and spicy oak develop
- Finish: long finish - now soft hints of peat smoke
