Rhum Rhum PMG - Rhum Blanc Agricole - what is it?
Rhum Rhum, made from the double distillation of pure fermented sugar cane juice in a water bath, is a unique product of its kind, which is characterized by its aroma, its purity and its rare finesse.
Only 158 square kilometers small, but very big in the cultivation of sugar cane : Thanks to ideal climatic conditions, particularly sugary varieties thrive on the Antilles island of Marie-Galante.
The Caribbean island, which belongs to the French overseas department of Guadeloupe, has always been known for the quality of its rhums.
A reputation that the Bielle distillery has contributed to for decades.
In cooperation with Bi elle, the Rhum Rhum is created according to an idea by Luca Gargano.
The basis for the Rhum Blanc Agricole are the Rouge and B47.259 varieties, which have almost completely disappeared from the Antilles.
After a long fermentation of 5-6 days at a controlled temperature is distilled in a Müller bain-marie still designed by master distiller Gianni Vittorio Capovilla.
Rhum is double distilled from pure fermented sugar cane juice in a water bath, a unique product of its kind , which is characterized by its aroma, its purity and its rare finesse.
The excellent distillate is now available with new equipment.
