Thanks to a portfolio of around 50,000 casks, clever cask management and the talent of a Billy Walker, The GlenAllachie succeeds this feat regularly.
To the delight of discerning connoisseurs, the range of rarities is now growing to include the GlenAllachie 11 year old 2011/2022 Ruby Port Pipe #7463.
The single cask for the German market is elegantly packaged: the gift box is embossed with gold on the outside and numbered by hand, and is lined with velvet on the inside.
The Speyside Single Malt, limited to 825 bottles, has been maturing in dark-fruity Ruby since February 2011 Port Pipe.
Bottled at cask strength, it unfolds delicious notes of berries, nutty caramel and roasted coffee beans.
