The Chairman's Reserve Original combines mature distillates distilled in column stills and pot stills.
First matured and blended separately according to batch and distillation type in ex-bourbon casks, then matured in oak casks for a further six months.
The average age of this blended rum is 5 years.Colour: rich, dark amber
Nose: ripe bananas, with dark chocolate, vanilla and roasted coffee beans
Palate: at the beginning the typical notes of the pot still distillation, plus a hint of plantains , caramelized fruit and spicy he oak - traces of vanilla in the background
Finish: full and long in the creamy Finish with tones of chocolate, raisins, tobacco and cloves
