The Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2009 is a single cask rum based on molasses and distilled in a pot still in 2009.

The rum matured in a former bourbon cask and was distilled at cask strength with 62.9% volume Bottled alcohol content.

S.B.S Jamaica 2009 13 years is limited to only 248 bottles.

Nose: Tropical fruits, especially lychee and dragon fruit, with a hint of white pepper and fresh, green aromas

Palate: typical "Jamaica funk" led by dirty, dusty notes along with salty olive and gum

Finish: woody on the finish with a hint of sweet vanilla - if you add a few drops of water to the rum, it changes its profile strong again and becomes smoothly complex
