The new "Cask Craft series" formsthere is no exception: it includes single malts from all over Scotland, which are masterfully matured in a variety of oak casks to achieve the perfect balance between wood and liquid.
Neither colored nor chill-filtered, they unfold at a nice drinking strength of 44.5%vol.
The series is still limited available, Murray McDavid assumes good availability in the long term.
For the Dailuaine Bourbon Finish, the "Whisky Creations Team" uses American oak to enhance creamy single malt Scotch whisky with aromas of grain and fresh apple with a light note of vanilla, hints of toffee and sweetness.
