This bottling was distilled in December 2010of the year 2010 and then matured exclusively in former Spanish Oloroso sherry casks in old Cask Cellar of the distillery.

Nose: Notes of sherry, gingerbread and Scottish Christmas cake, with spices and ripe fruit
Palate: mouth-filling and soft in taste with notes of heather honey and juicy dried fruits, behind them fresh herbs and spices - clearly the sherry cask influence
Finish: warm and long-lasting on the finish - now much spicier, the fruits and the sherry are present, but fade into the background
