The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old 2010/2022 Oloroso Sherry Puncheon #5139 symbolizes the complex and fruity diversity of The GlenAllachie.
The Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky rested in the cask of the same name for more than 12 years.
Sherry of the Oloroso type matures oxidatively and therefore often in barrels for decades.
Its typically strong, dry profile with nutty hints has also left delicious marks in the single cask.
A maximum of 697 connoisseurs can look forward to the full-bodied exclusive bottling.
Nose: Full of cinnamon, grilled pineapple and mocha, with hints of dried wild berries, dark chocolate and roasted orange peel
Palate: hints of blackberry tart, muscovado sugar and toasted almonds, followed by dried figs, candied sultanas and heather honey
