Nose: initially ripe, fresh fruit, especially lemons, apples and pears - behind it light aromas of mild honey and some vanilla
Palate: mouth-filling and fresh - again the ripe fruit and the lemons - behind it becoming more exotic with notes of ripe pineapple and mangoes - in the background spicy oak and some vanilla
Finish: long finish - now significantly spicier with hints of fresh herbs and white pepper, the spicy oak is also present again - the fruity notes and vanilla step in the background
