This noble single malt whisky matured for over 12 years in a first-fill former sherry butt.
Thanks to the cask he also his natural coloring - a wonderfully dark sepia tone.
Nose: ddark dried fruits, behind them fresh exotic fruits - cassis, plums and wild berry jam - then aromas of freshly cut wood follow, hints of unburned tobacco and some milk chocolate, deep and heavy sherry aromas all over
