The Work of Human Hands - Springbank and its sister distillery Glengyle produce their single malts 100% artisanal, traditionally and locally in Campbeltown.
As a result of the original processes, only small production capacities are available.
Every Campbeltown single malt whiskey from the Springbank family J. & A. Mitchell & Co.Ltd. reveals its own style through different distillation stages and smoke intensities.
Kilkerran is a lightly peated, double distilled single malt whisky bottled without coloring and chill filtration.
The sixth heavily peated bottling from the Glengyle distillery - bottled at cask strength with an exbourbon cask percentage of 75% and an ex-Sherry cask percentage of 25%.

Nose: roasted marshmallows and leather-bound books, then the scent of lobster pots and tarred ship ropes - sea spray over everything
Palate: sweet peat smoke and honeycomb, then ginger bread and mint - fruity notes of pineapple and banana
Finish: a peppery finish with tones of allspice, Peat smoke and tobacco
