Wine growing is firmly rooted in the sun-drenched hills of northern Italy's Piedmont region.  
And with it: vermouth.
As one of the first luxury drinks, it saw the light of day at the end of the 18th century. 
Since then, the spirit has established itself in classic variants or innovative forms as a real bar standard - and with it the Antica Destilleria Quaglia as a regional premium -Producer.
Del Professore Aperitivo elevates the aperitif new level: The liqueur wine, which was awarded ISW Silver, has an intense and long-lasting taste, with fresh citrus fruits, sage and floral notes, a hint of gentian and other bittersweet herbs.
